Patricia Stensrud

As an experienced CEO and independent corporate director, Patricia has worked with leading global companies with a broad-based career spanning fashion, CPG, retail, and tech/industrial sectors. As a Senior Advisor with Avalon Net Worth, she leverages her operating expertise to
provide market development guidance and pre-funding strategies in sourcing of capital. Patricia is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Hudson River Partners, LLC, a New York-based advisory and real estate investment firm.

She is an independent director for Crown Crafts Inc. (CRWS Nasdaq), serving on the Audit and Compensation committees and Chair of the Capital committee. Previously she served as an independent director for Christopher Banks Corporation (CBK NYSE), on the Audit and
Governance committees. Patricia is a recognized Board Leadership Fellow with NACD.1

Corporate leadership roles have included: CEO of Victoria + Co, a division of The Jones Group; President of Tommy Hilfiger Women's Sportswear USA; President of A&H Worldwide, a global leader in package design and manufacturing; marketing and sales management with Avon
Products and IBM. These assignments have included turnarounds (including a Chapter 11 emergence), strategic market re-positionings, launching new divisions and product categories.

Patricia is a member of Women Corporate Directors; Board Chair emeritus for the Girl Scouts Council of Greater New York where oversaw transformational change Board Chair and President.
She has previously served as Vice Chair of the Center for Business Women's Leadership (Washington, D.C.); Board of Trustees for the Preservation Society of Newport County (R.I.); and Vice Chair of the Hudsonia Institute (biodiversity research for the greater Hudson Valley region).

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco where in 2011 she was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters.
