Andrew De Luna

Andrew De Luna is VIN’s GP Managing Member and the Managing Director of
Moon Group Limited and serves as an outsourced CFO and financier for energy,
real estate and technology companies. Andrew specializes in growth and
optimizing operational efficiencies using analytics, financial & KPI modeling, and
creating dialogues among leadership. Moon Consulting has advised on millions of
dollars of company growth and spend including acquisition transactions. Andrew
manages client relationships, develops market opportunities and provides CFO
level consulting to public and private companies. Prior to leading Moon
Consulting, he worked in mergers and acquisitions with Illinois Tool Works (ITW,
Fortune 100 Company) in the Miller Electric division.
Most recently, Andrew served as CFO and as one of the original board members
of Energy Funders. He currently serves on three advisory boards for private
companies and works extensively with the executive team to integrate and grow
core and acquired business lines.
Andrew has lived in four countries and worked in more than ten countries
including Japan, Brazil, UAE, India, Netherlands, and Canada. He holds a BBA and
MBA from the McCombs Business School at the University of Texas at Austin. He

is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He is
fluent in Spanish and semi-fluent in Japanese.
